Animals are perhaps one of God’s better creations. They don’t start wars, lie, cheat or steal (well occasionally if they are hungry). For the last twenty one years I have had a dog at my side - well three in total - all Springer Spaniels, which is my preferred breed. But dogs in general can give so much to the human race, and sadly we don’t always reciprocate.
